When you deal with TBS for your coffee and tea, it is in our interests that you are not left without a machine for any longer than is necessary. If you have a break down you are not selling coffee, if you are not selling coffee you are not buying coffee from us.

That is why we are committed to the highest levels of customer support in terms of breakdown response, preventative maintenance, boiler inspections, filter changes and service contracts.

We are able to offer national coverage (excluding islands currently) to ensure quick response by assured and reliable engineers – we can fix most makes of coffee machine, but we only do this for our customers to ensure the quickest response times to those that matter most.
