All UK orders are despatched by carrier on a same day basis provided they are received by 12 noon, but this can vary during busy periods (especially on Mondays or when the office has been closed for a period of time).
Most geographical areas are a one day service Monday to Friday, but some remote areas will usually be a 2 day service. Saturday and timed deliveries are available only in areas where a one day service exists.
We aim to hold all volume and core items in stock at all times - other items are subject to order lead times. Most items are available within 5-7 days should a special order be required. Back orders will be held and despatched when they are received - normally customers will be contacted to see if there are any additional items that may be added to the back order despatch.
As a service business we do not ship to areas where we cannot provide an excellent level of back-up, for now only Scotland and the North of England are able to use our products and services.
TBS Coffee Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our carriers, but we will work with you to resolve any issues that may occur.

UK Mainland Express (before noon) - £15.00 + VAT
UK Mainland Saturday (before 12:30) - £25.00 + VAT
Surcharges for all deliveries to Scottish Island (excluding Skye) - £7.50 + VAT
*Please Note: For delivery on a Friday, orders must be places before 12 noon on the Thursday (for one day service areas) and 12 noon on the Wednesday for 2 day service areas. Orders placed after these times will not be delivered until the following week.
One day service is available in all UK mainland areas except the following postcodes where a 2 day service normally exists:

During Christmas the TBS Coffee office will normally be closed and orders will not be despatched until the New Year. TBS Coffee will contact all customers to advise of Christmas opening hours with a view to prompting customers to place orders sufficient to get them through until the next delivery date. We cannot accept responsibility for customers who do not take advantage of this contact.
