Can I change my mind?

Items purchased in good faith from TBS Coffee can only be returned by completing the return form click here: TBS Goods Returns Form v2.doc

The customer shall be liable for shipping charges to return the goods.

Refunds are available for items returned within 21 days of the original purchase date. Items must be sent to the returns address detailed below, as new, with all original packaging in tact and in a saleable condition. Please also ensure the box containing the product is returned in an outer bag or box and that no stickers, tape, etc., are applied to the product box. You should also ensure that the return form is enclosed.

Customers must get proof of posting when returning product to us so we can trace it to verify receipt.

If an exchange is requested and the item is out of stock, a credit note will automatically be processed and you will be notified via email.

For refunds please allow 10 working days from the date of return to our warehouse for the credit note to appear on your statement.

Faulty or Wrong Item

In the unlikely event that the item is sub-standard or we have sent you the wrong product please email support@beverage-solutions.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and if you require a refund or a replacement. 

TBS Coffee will arrange collection and pay for the return of faulty or incorrect goods within 10 working days of notification. 

If a replacement is requested and the item is out of stock, a credit note will automatically be processed and you will be notified via email.

An alternative product may be suggested - where the price of the alternative suggested is higher than the item returned the replacement will be provided at the same price as the original item (on this occasion only).
